Electrical Site Engineer - HV Transmission & Substation Projects

Job Summary
Supervise electrical activities at transmission and substation sites, including overhead and underground cable installations. Conduct electrical testing, commissioning, and maintenance of equipment while ensuring compliance with engineering specifications, safety regulations, and SEC standards. Collaborate with project teams to resolve technical issues, monitor site progress, and prepare technical reports. Support quality assurance and control processes throughout the construction and installation phases. This full-time, on-site role requires a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering and at least two years of experience in OHTL/UG and substation projects.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in electrical site work for OHTL/UG and substation projects
- Strong skills in electrical testing, maintenance, and site supervision
- Knowledge of electrical codes, standards, and SEC regulations
- Proven ability to interpret electrical drawings and specifications
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and project management tools
- Must hold a bachelor's degree in engineering awarded at least 5 years ago
- Valid Saudi driving license
- Valid Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) membership
Desired Qualifications
- Previous SEC approval or submittal is preferred
