Job Summary
Oversee all electrical departments across enclosure divisions at Robinson facilities, ensuring a safe, compliant work environment by enforcing standards and regulatory requirements. Drive operational goals through strategic planning, action plans, and continuous improvement initiatives while managing financial performance via forecasting, KPI tracking, and cost control. Partner with HR on hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management, coaching team members and supporting supervisors to improve communication. Investigate and resolve issues related to operations, inventory, quality, and customer service. This role requires a Journeyman or Master Electrician's license and 7–10 years of electrical manufacturing management experience. Travel to all Robinson facilities may be required.
