Electrical Service Technician

Provide service and customer support while visiting field or customer sites; perform installation, repair, maintenance and test tasks; diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions; produce timely and detailed service reports; document processes; follow procedures and respond to customer requirements; build positive relationships with clients; capable of flexible scheduling and traveling (some nights and weekends). Qualifications include 4-8 years of electrical experience, OSHA 30, NFPA70E/Arc Flash Training, and lift equipment certification. The role emphasizes independent work, troubleshooting, and delivering effective service in the field.
