Job Summary
Diagnose and repair residential electrical systems, conduct inspections to troubleshoot malfunctions, and provide clear communication and education to homeowners on electrical solutions. Maintain accurate job documentation, uphold safety standards, and ensure all work is completed to code and company standards while collaborating with teammates to meet customer expectations and department goals. Valid driver's license and 2–3 years of residential service experience required. Posted pay range is $50,000 to $100,000 annually.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 21 or older
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- 2–3 years of residential service and installation experience or equivalent experience in electrical field
- Strong technical expertise with excellent diagnostic, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent time management, customer service, and communication skills
- Maintain a professional demeanor and a clean, neat appearance
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in confined spaces
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Service Titan and generators is a plus
