Job Summary
Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of Minteq equipment, including wire, laser, gunning, and shotcrete systems. Execute electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electronic repairs while reading schematics and diagrams. Commission new equipment, operate independently, and supervise self during the work week. Travel to various Steel Mills and Minteq shops for field work, maintaining a professional profile with customers. Create service reports, submit data timely, and assist in administrative functions. Actively participate in sustainable improvement processes like 5S, Kaizen, and Total Productive Maintenance.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Electrical Tech Program completion
- Knowledge of hydraulics
- Knowledge of pneumatics
- Knowledge of electricity
- Knowledge of electronics
- Knowledge of personal computer
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, mainly Excel and Word
