Job Summary
The Electrical Service Manager oversees electrical service projects from planning to completion, serves as the initial customer contact to assess scope, schedule, and resources, plans, organizes, and schedules projects under the Senior Service Manager, develops goals and plans to prioritize, organizes, and complete work on time, enforces and promotes workplace safety procedures, builds and maintains relationships with employees while supporting merit shop philosophy, and leads employees through performance management and development processes in coordination with Human Resources.
