Electrical Service Coordinator

Job Summary
Coordinate and schedule reactive maintenance works, service requests, and electrical isolations while managing technician workloads and prioritising jobs for timely delivery. Provide support to field technicians, customers, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders by preparing client reports, assisting with timesheet administration, and maintaining accurate records within company systems. Book and coordinate isolations, de-isolations, and reactive works, identifying and escalating outstanding actions or risks as required. Work collaboratively with operational and administration teams to achieve service excellence.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in scheduling, service coordination, administration, or a similar role
- Strong time management and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accurate record keeping
- The ability to interpret customer requirements and coordinate service outcomes effectively
- Strong communication skills with clients, contractors, technicians, and internal stakeholders
- Experience using Microsoft Office and job management software systems
- Ability to identify risks, monitor outstanding actions, and escalate issues appropriately
- Relevant qualifications or equivalent experience in business administration, facilities management, compliance, or a related discipline
- Ability to work autonomously whilst contributing positively within a team environment
- Applicants must have full working rights in Australia
Desired Qualifications
- Experience within the electrical, fire protection, facilities management, or essential services industries will be highly regarded
- Uptick experience would be advantageous
