Job Summary
Manage service operations, schedule technicians, oversee project financials, and coordinate customer communications from project kickoff through completion. Ensure quality workmanship and drive customer satisfaction while estimating electrical service work and managing multiple projects simultaneously. Coordinate field personnel, maintain strong customer relationships, and generate new business opportunities within the local Monterey Park market. Prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with regular travel to customer job sites.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- 1–2+ years of experience in a senior electrical service technician or similar leadership role
- Prior field experience in commercial electrical construction
- Ability to work from the Monterey Park, CA office
- Valid Driver's License
Desired Qualifications
- Construction Management degree
- Electrical estimating experience
- Strong knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC)
- Experience scheduling and managing multiple service technicians and projects
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Develop business within the local market
