Job Summary
Electrical Sales Specialist to provide in-home consultations, diagnose electrical needs, and recommend solutions to drive revenue through electrical upgrades and installations (e.g., panel upgrades, rewires, EV chargers, lighting). Responsible for identifying customer needs, presenting tailored solutions, generating estimates and financing options, and closing sales. Acts as brand ambassador, coordinates with installers and service technicians, and collaborates with field teams to ensure project success. 100% commission-based role with uncapped earnings, plus benefits including health insurance and PTO; compensation range $150k-$300k annually.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in electrical, HVAC, plumbing, or home services
- Strong knowledge of residential electrical systems and common upgrades (panels, circuits, EV chargers, etc.)
- Excellent communication, presentation, and closing skills
- Ability to assess customer needs and confidently recommend solutions
- Proficiency with CRM systems and sales tools
