Job Summary
Electrical Safety Engineer to develop and implement procedures, guidelines, and best practices to promote health and safety at jobsites, offices, and facilities. Responsibilities include planning and executing the safety program with the Safety Team, identifying and mitigating hazards, delivering safety training and toolbox talks, maintaining records, and fostering a positive safety culture. Requires ability to work in fast-paced environments, strong verbal communication, teamwork, and bilingual ability in Spanish preferred. Must have OSHA 30 and CPR/First Aid/AED credentials; Bachelor’s in Safety Management or related field and 5-7 years construction safety experience are preferred. Remote work not indicated; standard on-site, in-person requirements apply.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of high school graduate, holder of G.E.D., or equivalent studies/experience.
- OSHA 30, CPR/First Aid/AED credentials
- Bachelor’s degree in Safety Management (or related field) (preferred)
- 5-7 years construction safety experience (preferred)
- CFR 1926 preferred
- Lockout tagout
- NPFA 70E
- OSHA 500, BCSP current credentials
