Electrical Safety & Compliance Manager

Job Summary
Lead and own the electrical safety and compliance engineering service for one domain, ensuring availability, quality, and consistency of the service. Align service roadmaps with delivery requirements, drive hazard mitigation and risk assessment, and ensure compliance with electrical safety standards across high-voltage systems, grounding, insulation, EMC/ESD, and fault protection. Demonstrate strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder-management skills; provide leadership to a small team (0-10+), and coordinate with Delivery to prioritize usage and improvements. The role emphasizes on-site presence with a flexible remote arrangement up to two days per week and requires extensive knowledge of machinery and product safety, as well as the ability to lead through change and drive results.
Required Qualifications
- BS in engineering or in relevant technical field
- 8+ years technical background in relevant domain
- leadership/people management experience
- strong knowledge of electrical safety standards, codes, and regulations (IEC, UL, NFPA, OSHA)
- ability to interpret, apply, and enforce electrical safety requirements across designs and environments
- ability to manage a small team and interface with diverse stakeholders
