Job Summary
Electrical Repair & Maintenance role (4th shift, onsite) responsible for installing, troubleshooting, and repairing a variety of complex electrical systems and electronic devices. Maintain melt-system electrical components in accordance with the National Electrical Code. Perform work with a focus on continuous improvement and adhere to CORE and EH&S guidelines. Role requires reading drawings/schematics, using volt-ohm meters and megger, wearing a respirator, and willingness to work a Fri-Sun 3x12 shift (7:00am–7:00pm). Must maintain strong attendance, good interpersonal communication, and physical ability to ascend/descend stairs, bend, squat, twist, reach overhead, and lift up to 25 pounds. Onsite role with potential overtime; benefits include medical/dental/vision, PTO, 401(k) match, and additional RTX programs.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
- Read/work from drawings and schematic diagrams
- Use volt-ohm meter and megger
- Must be able to wear a respirator
- Strong attendance record
- Ability to work outside of regular shift hours
