ELECTRICAL RELIABILITY SUPERINTENDENT - POWER GENERATION

Job Summary
Lead electrical reliability and maintenance activities across combined cycle power generation facilities, focusing on asset reliability, preventive and predictive maintenance programs, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis. Manage equipment including gas and steam turbines, switchgear, transformers, electrical control systems, motors, generators, and industrial automation; utilize CMMS for maintenance planning and execution; coordinate with operations and engineering leadership. Remote rotational assignment with emphasis on West Africa (Nigeria/Ghana region) and expatriate considerations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electromechanical, or Instrumentation & Control Engineering
- 8+ years of power generation experience
- Strong CCGT experience
- Strong reliability and maintenance background
- Experience with SCADA, PLCs, or industrial automation preferred
- Prior international or remote operational experience preferred
- Strong communication and people leadership skills
