Job Summary
Electrical Reliability and Maintenance Engineer role at 3M focuses on leading maintenance and reliability efforts for Lab, Office, Pilot Plant, and Utility Plant at the 3M Center in Maplewood, MN. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in an engineering, science or technical discipline (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution
- minimum of three (3) years of electrical experience in a manufacturing facility in a private, public, government or military environment OR Associate's degree in an electrical field (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution and a minimum of five (5) years of electrical experience in a manufacturing facility in a private, public, government or military environment
- Medium Voltage Experience
- Journeyman or Master Electrician
- Data Center Experience
- PLC & HMI programming
- Problem solving skills with a troubleshooting mindset
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to effectively communicate up, down and across the organization
- Effective interpersonal skills
