Job Summary
As a Quality Technician, you will ensure installations comply with National and City codes and customer specifications. You will be responsible for developing an understanding of project scopes, coordinating quality inspections, preparing reports, and verifying compliance with standards. Experience in the electrical industry, strong communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office are required. You will work in various conditions requiring physical stamina and adherence to safety procedures.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years working in the electrical industry
- Electrical code and standards knowledge
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Self-starter, organized, and good interpersonal skills
- Ability to complete tasks with minimal supervision
- Ability to stand for long periods and walk job sites
- Ability to lift up to fifty pounds unassisted
- Ability to work from various heights and conditions
- Able to work a 40-hour work week with potential overtime
Desired Qualifications
- Trade Certificate or college degree in education preferred or equivalent experience in construction training and development
