Job Summary
Monitor project performance and quality while managing and improving quality assurance systems across electrical installations. Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and industry regulations, including CDM, by overseeing project direction, progress, and coordination with on-site teams. Conduct installation reviews, certification checks, and inspections, and manage testing, inspection, and documentation for electrical works. Provide structured feedback to support training and continuous improvement. Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Quality Supervisor or in a supervisory role within electrical works
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach
- Knowledge of domestic electrical systems and compliance requirements
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and reporting skills
- NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent)
- Inspection & Testing (C&G 2391 or equivalent)
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
