Job Summary
Electrical Quality Inspector II conducts detailed electrical inspections of products for compliance to the technical data package through in-process and final inspection phases. Responsibilities include reading and interpreting drawings, specifications, purchase orders, and standards; determining acceptance or rejection of materials; completing non-conformity and corrective action reports; documenting inspection results with Microsoft Office; ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements related to counterfeit parts; familiarity with IPC/AS standards and workmanship requirements; using measuring instruments to verify in-process inspections; identifying continuous improvement opportunities for the quality program; and performing additional duties as assigned by supervision. This role requires high attention to detail, knowledge of IPC-J-STD-001/IPC-A-610/AS9100/AS9102, ability to work in a government/defense environment, and maintaining necessary certifications and security clearances.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of a High School diploma/GED
- Four (4) years Quality experience, minimum of four (4) years working with standards, policies, and regulatory requirements (Government and/or Commercial)
- Maintain Certifications as required to perform duties
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Government Security Clearance
