Electrical Quality Control Supervisor

Lead determination of non-conformance and customer complaints through containment, root cause, corrective action, and audits. Ensure product compliance to customer specifications and industry standards, including the management of key supplier performance. Serve as the primary customer contact for quality-related meetings, issues, specification inquiries, and audits. Manage supplier qualification processes, conduct supplier audits, and drive improvements to the Approved Supplier List using quality metrics. Support external customer audits and certification of Quality Management System audits. Lead product-related corrective action discussions, closure, and development for repeat or systemic issues. Create and maintain quality guidance for manufacturing readiness, including Quality Plans, FMEA failure modes, and Control Plans. Collect and analyze Non-Conforming Material data trends through QMS software to promote manufacturing quality process improvements.
