Job Summary
Electrical Qualifying Supervisor role overseeing safety, technical standards and quality of electrical installation work across the London region. Responsibilities include guiding operational colleagues, ensuring NICEIC accreditation compliance, supervising electrical testing services up to 400V, conducting inspections and testing, fault finding, and maintaining regulatory compliance with IEE/NICEIC standards. Required Qualifications
- Essential Qualifications: IET EAS Recognised underpinning core technical competence qualification – (C+G 2365, Electrotechnical NVQ Level 3 along with AM2 endpoint assessment)
- IET EAS recognised, current wiring regulations qualification (18th Edition)
- IET EAS recognised initial verification and Inspection and Testing qualification (ie 2391-52 or equivalent)
- Proven knowledge and experience in electrical fixed wire testing up to 400v
- Up to date working knowledge of inspection, testing and fault finding
- Up to date knowledge of the IEE Regulations

- Excellent oral and written communications
- Ability to influence others and communicate effectively in conflict situations
- Experience delivering excellent customer service
- Experience working with teams to manage process and service delivery
- Up-to-date knowledge of improvements and innovations in the industry
- Demonstrated ability to supervise and guide operational colleagues to ensure safety and quality of electrical installations
