Job Summary
Electrical QC Supervisor (Electrical part) responsible for inspection and quality control of electrical work during production and completion of shipbuilding projects. Duties include reviewing construction method statements and ITPs, developing QC procedures, inspecting incoming electrical materials and switchboards, monitoring electrical installations to Damen standards and class rules, validating cable trays/penetrations/cabling, witnessing FAT of main switchboard, issuing NCRs and quality observations, and maintaining inspection documents and progress reports. Requires 2-3 years in a shipyard environment and a university degree in Electrical Engineering. Communicates with project teams and class societies to verify production activities and ensure compliance with manufacturer requirements and project specifications.
