Electrical Project Supervisor

Coordinate assigned electrical minor works and projects from handover to close-out, including scope review, staging, labour, materials, and site constraints. Plan, resource, and oversee delivery to ensure works are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to required quality standards. Manage start-up, delivery milestones, variations, defects, and completion requirements while tracking labour hours, productivity, and progress. Procure and coordinate materials, equipment, and hired plant in line with approved suppliers and purchasing requirements, confirming lead times and managing substitutions or delays. Complete site inspections, installation checks, and spot checks to confirm workmanship and compliance with electrical standards and client specifications. Lead HSSE requirements, ensuring required processes, documentation, permits, and controls are in place before works proceed, including toolbox meetings and pre-start briefings. Track costs against approved budgets, identify scope changes early, and maintain accurate job records for claims, invoicing, and reconciliation.
