Job Summary

Control and distribute quality documentation for assigned projects, monitor all quality-related activities, and prepare project quality system management records. Attend client quality management meetings, coordinate QA/QC activities with the Project Manager, and manage correspondence with customer representatives. Monitor statistical reporting, track nonconformance reports, and close customer complaints while recommending improvements. This role involves light administration and assistance to the Project Superintendent, with duties requiring the ability to lift materials up to 50 pounds frequently. Required Qualifications

  • Over 5 years of field experience and/or relevant degree or job-specific certifications
  • Proficient in reading blueprints and drawings
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong understanding of mapping concepts
  • Ability to perform mathematical calculations accurately
  • Skilled in reviewing and comprehending product submittals for construction equipment
  • Experience with Procore or similar software
  • Proficient in using an iPad
  • This position requires the ability to lift and carry materials weighing up to 50 pounds on a frequent basis
  • The employee must be able to perform tasks involving physical labor, including lifting, pushing, pulling, and carrying materials, tools, or equipment
  • Manual material handling must be performed in accordance with OSHA safety standards and company policies to minimize risk of injury
