Job Summary
Oversee electrical projects from start to finish by defining scope, managing change orders, and navigating project risks. Forecast, track, and manage project budgets while ensuring safety, compliance, and quality control at every step. Develop and adjust schedules to meet deadlines, keeping internal and external stakeholders updated on progress. This role requires a Journeyperson Red Seal Electrician certification and experience with power distribution, communication, and control systems. Located in BC, the position offers a salary range of $90,000 – $120,000 and includes benefits such as RRSP matching and unlimited PTO after three years.
Required Qualifications
- previous experience as an Electrical Project Manager on commercial and industrial projects
- experience as a Red Seal Electrician supervising jobs
- proven track record in power distribution
- proven track record in communication
- proven track record in control systems
- A Journeyperson Red Seal Electrician certification
- understanding of engineered drawings
- understanding of specs
- understanding of construction schedules
- knowledge of codes
- knowledge of standards
- confidence in communication
- clarity in communication
- comfort with MS Office 365
- familiarity with HH2
- familiarity with Paperless
- familiarity with Procore
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Salus safety programs
