Job Summary
Electrical Project Manager - Tool Install role focuses on overseeing mid-size to large electrical construction projects from planning through completion, supervising project activities, coordinating resources, preparing estimates and change orders, managing costs and schedules, and ensuring client satisfaction. Key skills include project planning, change management and negotiation, on-site supervision, safety compliance, proficiency with Accubid and Oracle, and strong communication with vendors, clients, and team members. The position requires a Bachelor’s degree (preferred) and at least 3 years of construction PM experience, with up to 25% travel. The role is based on an active construction site in Sterling, VA, with full benefits and ESOP participation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or other related discipline preferred
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the construction industry in a Project Management role
