Job Summary
Electrical Project Manager to oversee electrical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. Responsibilities include planning, budgeting, scheduling, and coordinating field operations to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget while meeting quality standards and client expectations. Key duties involve developing and maintaining project schedules and cost controls; coordinating with clients, general contractors, engineers, inspectors, and internal teams; reviewing drawings, specifications, and contracts to ensure scope compliance; procuring materials, equipment, and subcontractor services; overseeing change orders, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation; ensuring OSHA regulations and NEC codes are followed; leading project meetings and providing regular status updates; supporting field leadership to resolve technical, scheduling, or labor challenges; and ensuring timely project closeout with as-builts, O&M manuals, and final billing.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience managing electrical construction projects
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience with commercial, industrial, and/or institutional projects preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications
