Job Summary

Coordinate full-lifecycle delivery and business results for power EPC projects, organizing initiation, work breakdown structures, master schedules, budgets, and risk plans. Lead design, procurement, construction, and commissioning while monitoring schedule performance indices, cash flow, and contractual obligations. Maintain client and partner relationships, drive commercial negotiations, and manage cross-discipline teams through site personnel and subcontractors. Ensure on-time milestone completion, zero safety accidents, and forecast final cost variance within five percent. Based in Mexico with flexibility for dual-location work between Mexico City and project sites, requiring fluent Spanish and English proficiency.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field
  • 8+ years of power EPC / large engineering experience
  • at least 3+ years as project manager
  • independently managed a substation, transmission line, or equally complex project
  • Familiar with PMI / PMBOK
  • Familiar with EPC contracts
  • proficient in P6 / MS Project
  • proficient in Excel
  • proficient in Power BI
  • proficient in ERP / project-control systems
  • Fluent Spanish
  • English B2–C1
  • able to chair commercial / technical meetings
  • able to write written briefings
  • Based in Mexico
  • accepts dual-location work between Mexico City and project sites
  • accepts frequent travel
  • accepts on-site residency during critical phases

  • Chinese or Chinese-invested-enterprise experience
