Job Summary
Electrical Project Manager oversees all aspects of assigned electrical projects, including planning and managing the project staff, resources, schedule, and budget; sets goals for the project team (assistant PM, lead electrician, staff); reviews and manages scope and changes; submits change orders and tracks progress; communicates progress and concerns to customers, management, and field; builds professional relationships; handles contract administration, client relations, and scheduling; procures and manages materials and submittals; ensures subcontractor scope alignment with drawings, specs, and bid packages.
Required Qualifications
- 5 - 10 years related experience or equivalent knowledge and experience
- Have and maintain a current, valid and in good standing Driver’s License
- Experience in industrial and/or commercial electrical systems
- Demonstrate experience with project management and leadership
- Proficiency in Bluebeam, Quantum, Accubid, or Procore is preferrable
- Experience in Change Orders, BIM Coordination, blueprint reading and scaling, RFI's, RFQ's, and take off's
