Job Summary
Electrical Project Manager responsible for leading electrical construction projects, including budgeting, labour management, purchasing, change-order pricing, and client communication. Drive financial forecasting, labour productivity, and contract administration, while promoting Modern Niagara’s integrated services to clients. Will coordinate with general contractors, owners, subcontractors, and internal teams to meet financial and operational goals, maintain quality, manage risks, and foster long-term client relationships. Requires strong leadership, ability to interpret plans, manage multiple projects, and travel to site locations. Knowledge of Accubid, IBEW, QA/QC, HSE, and MS Office is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a project management role within electrical construction
- Ability to interpret site and building plans and specifications
- Proven leadership when interacting with multiple external clients
- Working knowledge of contract terms and conditions
- Working knowledge of the IBEW
- Fundamental understanding of project financial controls
- Ability to work autonomously with frequent travel to site locations
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- General understanding of QA / QC as well as Health and Safety practices / requirements
