Job Summary
Electrical Project Manager responsible for overseeing all project team members (Project Engineers, Senior Project Engineers, Superintendents, and Field Office Coordinators), mentoring and developing staff for fast-paced growth, ensuring 100% detailed knowledge of project scope, managing cost control, billings and collections, serving as the primary liaison with owner and architect, supporting and coordinating field work, ensuring project completion, financial performance, and customer satisfaction; requires strong problem-solving skills, proficiency in project management software and scheduling tools, and a Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of electrical commercial construction PM experience. Benefits include vehicle allowance, vacation, medical/dental/vision, 401K match. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 7:00 am–4:30 pm.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of Project Management within Electrical Commercial Construction
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with project management software (Prolog or similar)
- Experience with accounting/cost management software (CMIC or similar)
- Scheduling software experience (Primavera or similar)
- Understanding of cost estimating, budgeting, and forecasting
- Connectivity knowledge/experience
