Job Summary
Manage project plans, operations, and resource forecasting while developing detailed layout drawings in 2D and Bluebeam for BIM coordination. Assist with critical layouts, manpower loading, and look-ahead schedules to ensure projects meet established timelines and budgets. Create and manage project schedules, process submittals, and handle RFIs while reviewing job costs and preparing monthly billings. Coordinate with field management, trade contractors, and suppliers to monitor performance, ensure code compliance, and resolve obstacles. Perform routine inspections, oversee subcontracts, and maintain strong relationships with vendors and customers. Work Monday through Friday with flexibility as job requirements change.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of project management experience (construction preferred)
- 3+ years of supervisory experience
- Proficient MS Suites (excel, word, outlook, etc.)
- Experience with project management software and reading blueprints/drawings
- Must be able to adhere to standing, walking, bending, squatting, sitting, and lifting
- Must be able to pick up, lift, carry and move up to 50lbs
- Must be able to work in all weather conditions including heat, rain, cold and wind, while wearing appropriate personal protection equipment (PPE)
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
