Job Summary
Electrical Project Manager responsible for overseeing large-scale electrical projects across hospital and healthcare environments, coordinating design-to-installation activities, managing technical submittals and RFIs, maintaining labour trackers and progress reports, liaising with main contractors and client site teams, coordinating plant/equipment and materials, implementing commissioning plans, generating snag lists, and managing handover and project documentation. Requires extensive electrical project management experience, substations exposure, high-voltage work, and a track record of delivering complex projects in live facilities; entails coordinating with subcontractors, scheduling, and communicating project innovations to Contracts Manager (R&D).
Required Qualifications
- Extensive experience in an Electrical Project Manager or similar role
- Experience working on substations
- HV Experience
- Experience working within live hospital infrastructure environments
- Qualification in Construction/Project Management is preferred
- Experience of supervising teams
- Demonstrable experience delivering projects within hospital and healthcare environments
