Job Summary
Electrical Project Manager to lead and manage electrical construction projects from inception to completion. Responsibilities include developing plans, schedules, and budgets; coordinating with engineers, subcontractors, and vendors; conducting site visits; ensuring safety and quality compliance; communicating with clients and stakeholders; preparing updates and reports; identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies; and mentoring junior team members. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Construction Management, 8+ years in electrical PM, strong knowledge of electrical systems and codes, budget/schedule/resource management experience, and proficiency with MS Project/Primavera; PMP is a plus. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 8 years’ experience in project management within the electrical construction industry
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and safety regulations
- Proven experience in managing budgets, schedules, and resources effectively
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera)
- PMP or equivalent project management certification is a plus
