Electrical Project Manager

Job Summary
Estimate projects and change orders while governing the project lifecycle to continuously improve efficiency. Work directly with customers to secure consistent business, ensure quality standards, and proactively identify strategies to reduce costs and enhance relations. Develop and manage high-level strategic planning of the labor force, facilitating design of labor plans and manpower loading schedules. Produce target reports for productivity, maintain progress drawings, and accurately track installation productivities. Provide updated project status reports to management as requested. Coordinate closely with mechanical and plumbing departments within projects.
Required Qualifications
- At least 3 years of project management experience in the electrical trade
- Understanding of electric power engineering
- Field experience coordinating with construction management
- Extensive knowledge of project scheduling, bids, take offs, change orders and contracts
- Demonstrated ability to develop strong relationships and assist in winning projects
- Proven ability to run a profitable portfolio
- Exceptional initiative, execution and communication skills
- Excellent analytical, motivational leadership skills
Desired Qualifications
- Electrician's license is a plus!
