Job Summary
Plan, organize, and staff electrical, automation, and MES construction projects to ensure safe, profitable, and timely completion. Generate new business by networking with customers, establishing relationships, and visiting jobsites to monitor progress and support crew safety. Coordinate with purchasing and vendors for material alignment, review outgoing estimates for accuracy, and lead daily, weekly, and monthly meetings. Conduct bi-annual field performance reviews, coach employees on growth, and manage recruiting and selection with Human Resources. Maintain customer expectations and foster a positive company culture through constructive employee relations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree (in one of the following fields: Construction Management, Project Management, Construction, Electrical Engineering, or other related fields)
- 5 years experience in the electrical field
- 1 year of electrical estimating experience
- 15-20% travel
- Must be available for work hours between 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday – Friday
- Must be available for work at any time on any day of the week to meet business needs
- Must pass a background and drug test
- Must pass E-Verify
Desired Qualifications
- Proficiency in the use of a Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of Accubid
- Knowledge of AutoCAD
