Job Summary
Oversee all phases of assigned commercial construction projects, from planning and initiation through close-out, managing field operations including personnel, subcontractor scheduling, and material procurement. Identify scope changes, estimate costs, and process change orders for approval before work begins. Prepare monthly draw requests, attend job site meetings, and conduct regular visits to ensure safety, quality, and manpower goals are met. Resolve issues related to change orders, RFIs, inspections, and punch list items while creating and managing project documentation. Lead and mentor project teams to foster collaboration and professional growth, supporting a strong safety culture through training and hazard identification.

- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications
Desired Qualifications
- BSEE or Construction Management degree
- 5+ years of project management experience in commercial construction
- 10+ years of electrical experience
- Familiarity with Accubid for estimating change orders
- Experience with Bluebeam or FieldWire
- Excellent written, verbal, and analytical abilities
