Electrical Project Manager- Data Center

Oversee electrical systems throughout the construction management process, manage assigned staff, and coordinate relationships with project owners, tenants, and professional groups. Direct electrical trades, monitor schedules and spending, and complete or review project reports for accuracy. Perform final reviews of construction projects including bid procedures, vendor qualifications, and labor takeoffs. Review subcontractor invoices, approve payments, negotiate changes, and prepare change orders for client approval. Ensure subcontractors are advised of all changes and prepare close-out documentation including warranties and record drawings. Finalize project completion by securing client payments and paying subcontractor invoices.
