Job Summary
Electrical Construction Project Manager position focusing on data-center facilities. Manages cradle-to-grave projects including estimates, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, change orders, and post-implementation support. Leads on-site supervision, coordinates contractors and vendors, interfaces with clients, and ensures delivery in line with design standards, budget, and schedule. Requires strong back-office organization, ability to interpret blueprints and specifications (electrical and mechanical), and proficiency with project-management tools (MS Project, Primavera P6, Procore, AutoCAD, Bluebeam). Travel to project sites as needed; OSHA safety compliance emphasized. Experience in data-center construction, strong leadership, and client-facing capabilities are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Experience managing Data Center Construction Projects as a General Contractor
- Minimum of 5-10 years relevant experience in the Data Center Construction Industry
- OSHA Certification (or ability to get one within first 12 months of employment)
- BA/BS or Associates Degree a plus but not required
- Solid Construction Project Management experience
- Excellent communication and client management skills
