Job Summary
The Electrical Project Manager leads multiple electrical contracts while ensuring project profitability and customer satisfaction. Candidates should have over 5 years of experience in commercial and industrial electrical fields, strong knowledge of the NEC, and proficiency with sophisticated troubleshooting equipment. Responsibilities include project budgeting, scheduling, training foremen, and ensuring all project documentation is complete.
Required Qualifications
- More than 5 years of experience in commercial and industrial electrical work
- Experience preparing project budgets and schedules
- Experience managing multiple contracts
- Experience in subcontract preparation and permitting
- Ability to address RFIs in a timely manner
Desired Qualifications
- Strong troubleshooting skills utilizing sophisticated test equipment (DMM, Megger, PQM, UCT, IR Camera, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of the National Electric Code (NEC)
- Ability to help train new Foreman and grow existing Foreman with labor savings ideas
- Get LEED AP accreditation within 6 months
