Job Summary
Oversee high-end residential electrical projects from start to finish in NYC, leading projects from preconstruction through closeout while maintaining exceptional quality and client service. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining project schedules, budgets, and scopes; coordinating with clients, architects, designers, vendors, and field teams; overseeing procurement of materials and equipment; supervising field personnel and subcontractors; conducting site visits to monitor quality, progress, and safety compliance; managing RFIs, change orders, project documentation, and reporting; ensuring compliance with local codes and safety regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience managing luxury residential electrical projects
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Knowledge of NYC electrical codes and construction practices
- Proficiency with project management software and Microsoft Office
- Electrical license preferred but not required for candidates with strong field experience
