Job Summary
Electrical Project Manager to lead electrical integration for autonomous ground vehicle prototype programs and low-rate production builds. Responsibilities include coordinating cross-functional teams (engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, quality assurance, logistics, program management), developing and maintaining project schedules and cost-tracking metrics, conducting design and readiness reviews, supporting prototype builds and testing, ensuring compliance with customer specifications and military standards, and facilitating regular program reviews with customers and stakeholders. Requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, ability to obtain/maintain a Government Secret Clearance, and 25% travel (CONUS/OCONUS). Experience in managing vehicle electrical systems, wiring harnesses, power distribution, networking, sensors, communications, and autonomy hardware is essential; proficiency with enterprise tools (SharePoint, Windchill, ERP, etc.) and strong leadership in a government contractor environment is expected.
Required Qualifications

- Willingness to travel CONUS and OCONUS, 25% annually
