Job Summary
Manage multiple electrical maintenance projects in data center environments, overseeing portfolios from planning through execution and closure. Liaise with internal teams, contractors, and clients to ensure alignment, while maintaining a strong on-site presence in Mons to coordinate activities and resolve issues promptly. Develop and track project budgets and timelines, identify risks, implement mitigation strategies, and ensure full compliance with relevant European standards. Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, progress reports, and technical records. Requires PMP certification, 10+ years of project management experience, and fluency in English with advanced French.
Required Qualifications
- Electrical Engineering degree or Electro-mechanical engineering
- Minimum 10 years' project management experience
- Experience in data center or critical facility environments, with a strong focus on electrical systems
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification mandatory
- Fluent in English
- Advanced proficiency in French
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills
- Proven understanding of data center electrical infrastructure, maintenance best practices, and relevant European standards
