Job Summary
Manage vendor and partner relationships, lead customer communication, and pursue new opportunities while ensuring project compliance with safety and quality standards. Lead full project setup in Procore, including finalizing directories, budgets, schedules, and workflows, and oversee daily quality inspections and documentation. Prepare detailed status reports, review submittals, and coordinate scope and cost changes, including negotiating purchase orders and managing change orders. Own project budgeting, forecasting, and cost tracking, while assigning team responsibilities and providing performance coaching. Lead safety planning, create job hazard analyses, and ensure code compliance and permit requirements are met. Up to 40% travel to job sites. Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of project management experience required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent education and experience in construction management, engineering or related field
- 3-5 years' experience in project management
- Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams
- Advanced knowledge of estimating practices, construction materials, and cost management
- Intermediate understanding of power distribution, low voltage system components, and general construction requirements
- Advanced proficiency in using estimating software and tools
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Up to 40% travel to job sites
- Must be able to traverse and inspect all areas of jobsite in all types of weather
- Must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to work 8 hours a day, 40 hours per week, and overtime as required and night shifts, as needed
- Must be on-call to address delays, emergencies, bad weather, and other issues at the jobsite
- Must be able to wear personal protective equipment (hard hat, safety glasses, safety vest), as needed
- Must be able to work in the presence of customers and their representatives with little or no interference or disruption to the customer while maintaining a professional and courteous image
