Key responsibilities include managing client relationships, overseeing project staff, conducting project reviews, and financial reporting. The candidate must have a Bachelors degree in construction management or a related field, a minimum of 10 years of experience in electrical construction project management, and demonstrated ability in mentoring and business development.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in construction management or related field preferred, high school diploma required.
- Minimum of 10 years successful PM experience in electrical construction.
- Knowledge of construction technology, scheduling, equipment, and methods required.
- Demonstrated ability to develop relationships and assist in winning projects.
- Proven experience in mentoring and managing others.
- Business development and heavy client interaction experience.
- Effective oral and written communication skills as required for the position.
Desired Qualifications
- Extensive knowledge of safety protocols and procedures.
- Proficient in using a computer and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.); and Accubid.
- Proven people management, process management, and performance management skills.
