Job Summary
Conduct engineering calculations and develop electrical system designs in compliance with industry standards, codes, and project requirements. Prepare and review construction documents, specifications, and engineering drawings while coordinating with project managers, architects, and multidisciplinary teams throughout the design process. Provide technical leadership by mentoring junior staff, resolving complex technical challenges, and performing final design reviews to ensure projects meet quality standards, schedules, and budgets.
Required Qualifications
- Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States
- Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering
- Professional Engineer (PE) license
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant electrical engineering experience
- Strong knowledge of electrical building systems, engineering principles, and applicable building codes
- Proficiency in Revit, engineering modeling software, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong leadership, organizational, problem-solving, and time management abilities
