Job Summary
Perform engineering calculations and develop electrical system designs in compliance with industry standards, codes, and project requirements. Prepare and review construction documents, specifications, and engineering drawings while coordinating with Project Managers, architects, and other engineering disciplines throughout the design process. Provide technical leadership and mentor junior staff, resolving technical challenges through sound engineering judgment to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
Required Qualifications
- Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States
- Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering
- Professional Engineer (PE) license
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant electrical engineering experience
- Strong knowledge of electrical building systems, engineering principles, and applicable building codes
- Proficiency in Revit, engineering modeling software, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong leadership, organizational, problem-solving, and time management abilities
