Job Summary
Electrical Project Engineer responsible for designing and delivering electrical systems for buildings, including power distribution, lighting, communications, security, and fire alarm systems; coordinate with architectural/mechanical/structural teams; conduct site visits and field investigations; prepare designs and models using AutoCAD and Microstation; mentor junior staff and engage with clients to understand project needs; must hold P.Eng designation in Ontario and have 10+ years of electrical engineering experience in buildings; strong client service focus and knowledge of Ontario Building Code; hybrid work model with office in Bowmanville or Mississauga; travel to GTA projects possibly required.
Required Qualifications
- P.Eng designation in Ontario
- Demonstrate a commitment to client service
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD and Microstation
- Knowledge of the Ontario Building Code
- Valid Canadian driver’s license with access to transportation for site reviews and inspections
