Electrical Program Director

Lead the development and early-stage implementation of a new Electrical Trade Career Development Program, designing a field-focused curriculum and hands-on lab infrastructure aligned with national and state workforce readiness standards. Define course pathways, syllabi, and certification objectives covering residential wiring, circuit breakers, conduit bending, motor controls, and NEC code application while preparing students for direct entry into the electrical workforce. Oversee the design of a 1,500 sq. ft. workshop, specifying layout, simulators, tools, and safety protocols, and maintain the curriculum to reflect updates in codes and technology. Develop online modules, simulations, and digital content for hybrid and asynchronous learners, ensuring all materials emphasize safety, industry standards, and hands-on competencies. Assess student knowledge through written and practical evaluations. This role is ideal for a licensed Master Electrician or electrical educator within our TradeReady career development prep program.
