Job Summary
The Electrical Process Automation Specialist is responsible for designing and implementing process control systems to optimize automated operations, collaborating with technicians for troubleshooting and corrective actions, and managing electrical contractors on projects. Key responsibilities include developing technical training for plant associates, conducting research on new technologies to enhance operations, and ensuring compliance with project budgets and schedules. This role requires a high school diploma or GED, at least 5 years of relevant work experience, and a Licensed Journeyman Electrician certification.
Required Qualifications
- 5 + years of electrical construction, installation, maintenance of electrical systems and plant automation in industrial environments
- Valid Driver's license
- Licensed Journeyman Electrician required
- Virginia DMM Electrical Certification preferred

- Strong Computer Skills (Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, computer programming)
