Job Summary
Assemble custom electrical control panels, wire components per schematics, follow drawings and standards (NEMA/NEC/UL/IEC), route and bundle wires, check for errors, maintain a neat, efficient and safe workplace, and provide all tools required. Works four 10-hour days (Monday-Thursday, 6:00am-4:30pm). Location: Lansing, MI. Requires ability to work without direct supervision and communicate with electrical designers.
Required Qualifications
- Must have ability to work efficiently without direct supervision.
- Follow and understand assembly instruction, including drawings, prints, and electrical schematics.
- Must be able to layout and mount components.
- Must be able to wire assembled components from simple schematics and/or wire lists.
- Maintain working knowledge of applicable electrical standards such as NEMA, NEC, UL, IEC.
