Job Summary
Manage the Electrical Systems package from design coordination through installation, testing, and commissioning, overseeing subcontractors and site teams to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Coordinate with the Project Manager, consulting engineers, and the client to control costs, manage material deliveries, and track progress against schedule and manpower levels. Maintain the weekly project photographic diary, issue cost and progress reports, and supervise the "In Progress" snagging system while attending site and engineering meetings. Based in Espoo and Kirkkonummi, Finland, this role supports large-scale data centre delivery with a competitive salary and career progression opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Relevant bachelor's or master's degree in electrical engineering or a related discipline
- Proven experience in Project Management, preferably within large-scale projects, ideally data centres, pharmaceutical, or industrial
- Strong track record of coordinating and managing complex electrical and mechanical systems projects
- Experience handling industrial relations matters
- Solid knowledge of Health & Safety regulations and practices
- Experience in design and build projects
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant mechanical software and excellent technical knowledge of mechanical systems
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and drive team performance
